How to make Young Cabbage Schnitzel

Mix part of the flour with salt and black pepper. Dip the cabbage slices in it. Then dip in batter. And in the end, roll them in bread crumbs. Heat a skillet with oil over medium heat. Fry the cabbage schnitzel on all sides until golden brown.
