How to Make Tofu Spring Rolls
Prepare all ingredients. Cut the tofu into half-centimeter slices. Use paper towels to remove excess moisture. Dip it in starch and fry in a skillet with butter until crisp. Add soy sauce and finely chopped chili. Fry the tofu on both sides until the liquid evaporates. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut into slices. Cut the carrots and bell peppers into cubes. Boil rice noodles according to the instructions. For the sauce, combine peanut butter, Jerusalem artichoke syrup, soy sauce, and lime juice. Add a dash of garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
