Orange tea with ginger is a bright and invigorating drink in the morning. It turns out not only tasty and colorful, but also very useful, ideal for cool autumn and winter days, coupled with pastries.

Cooking description:

To strengthen the immune system, it is not necessary to drink various dietary supplements and yoghurts, it is much easier to make aromatic orange tea with ginger and invite your family to tea. Believe me, no one is limited to one cup, so immediately brew the second portion of the drink!

Purpose: For breakfast / For an afternoon snack

Main ingredient: Fruit / Orange / Ginger

Dish: Drinks / Tea

Ingredients:

  • Orange - 1 Piece
  • Ginger - 1 Teaspoon (literally 20-30 grams)
  • Sugar - 1.5 Art. spoons
  • Tea bag - 2 Pieces (or 1.5 tablespoons of tea leaves)
  • Boiling water - 800 Milliliters
  • Lemon - 2-3 Slices

Servings: 3-4

How to make Orange Ginger Tea

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Do not add too much ginger, otherwise the drink will taste bitter! Place regular black tea bags in a teapot. If desired, they can be replaced with green tea bags, flower bags, etc. Peel the orange peel, remove all the white layer on the fruit. Divide the fruit into slices and cut the transparencies from each of them, exposing the juicy pulp. Place the pulp in a teapot. Add granulated sugar. If you decide to replace it with honey, add honey only after the tea has cooled to 35 degrees. Peel the ginger root, grate or cut into slices and add to the container. Spoon out a couple of lemon slices for a brighter flavor. Boil water in a kettle and pour boiling water into a container. Cover and simmer for about 4-5 minutes. Pour aromatic tea into glasses or cups and serve along with sweets, sandwiches, etc.
