I suggest baking vegetable meatballs in the oven with the addition of tomato paste. I cook meatballs from rice with the addition of vegetables - zucchini, carrots and onions. The dish turns out to be hearty and tasty, everyone will like it!

Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 100 Grams
- Round rice - 100 Grams
- Carrots - 50 Grams
- Bulb onion - 50 Grams
- Tomato paste - 1.5 tbsp spoons
- Vegetable oil - 1-2 Art. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Black Pepper - To taste
Servings: 3-4
How to make Vegetable Meatballs
Prepare all ingredients. Rinse the rice and cook until cooked for 15 minutes. When cooking, add salt to taste. Cool the cooked rice. Dice the peeled onions and grate the carrots. Pour in 1 tbsp. l. butter in a skillet, turn on medium heat. Fry the onions and carrots for a couple of minutes. Grate young zucchini. Add all the vegetables to the rice, remember to season with pepper and lightly salt. Stir in the minced vegetables.
