How to make Vegan Tuna
Prepare all ingredients. Mash the chickpeas with a fork. It is not necessary to make a uniform consistency, let the texture remain. Cut the onion into small cubes, add vinegar and marinate for 10-15 minutes. This will remove the harsh taste of the onion. Finely chop the capers and pickled cucumber. Cut nori seaweed into small squares or crush by hand. Combine chickpeas, capers, cucumbers, seaweed and onions together. Add salt, fish seasoning, pepper, and smoked paprika. Season the salad with soy sauce and lean mayonnaise.
