- Water - 2-2.5 Liters

How to cook "Borsch with adjika"
Prepare all ingredients. Pour meat stock or water into a saucepan. Add salt to taste, bay leaf and bring to a boil. Add finely chopped cabbage to boiling water. Add the diced potatoes after 5-10 minutes. Heat oil in a skillet. Arrange grated carrots and diced onions. Fry the vegetables until soft and add the grated beets on a coarse grater.
