- Polenta - 125 Grams
- Water - 400 Milliliters
- Butter - 10-15 grams
- Cheese - 35-40 grams

How to cook "Fried polenta"
Prepare all ingredients. Boil salted water, add Italian herbs and some olive oil. When the water boils, start pouring the polenta in a thin stream, stirring constantly with a whisk. Cook for 2-4 minutes until thick. Add butter and finely grated cheese. Stir until smooth. The cheese and butter should completely melt. Place the polenta in a container or baking sheet.
