Polenta is an Italian dish made from small corn grits. I suggest trying fried polenta. It turns out tender and creamy, but with a crispy crust.
More on how to cook fried polenta below. The larger the corn grits you use, the longer it takes to cook. I recommend using polenta or corn semolina. From spices, you can add paprika, granulated garlic or onions to polenta. Serve fried polenta as a side dish or as an independent snack with various sauces.
