Dish: Baking / Cupcakes / Sweet
- Yogurt - 200 Milliliters (1.5% fat)
- Wheat flour - 1 Glass (200 ml glass, +0.5 tbsp for sprinkling the bowl)
- Sugar - 1 Glass
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Baking powder for dough - 2.5 Teaspoons
- Starch - 3 Art. spoons (with a slide)
- Eggs - 3 Pieces
- Butter - 20 grams (to lubricate the bowl)
- Vegetable oil - 50 Milliliters
- Powdered sugar - To taste (optional)
How to cook "Cupcake on yogurt in a slow cooker"
Prepare the required ingredients. In a bowl, combine bulk products: flour, sugar, salt, starch, baking powder. Mix well. Add yogurt and eggs. Stir with a spoon. Pour in vegetable oil. Stir with a spoon until smooth. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter, sprinkle with flour and pour the prepared dough into it. Place the bowl in the multicooker, turn on the "Baking" mode for 40 minutes. After the indicated time, remove the muffin from the multicooker using the steamer bowl, turn it over and return to the multicooker bowl. Bake for another 15 minutes.
