How to make "Shrimp and Noodle Soup"
Prepare the ingredients for the shrimp noodle soup. Peel, wash and chop the carrots. I grated for Korean carrots. Place in a skillet. Pour in the sunflower oil and simmer the carrots for 7 minutes, stirring until soft. Then add the chopped green onions. Heat the onions and carrots for 3-4 minutes. Pour chicken stock into a saucepan. Bring the broth to a boil and add the noodles to the pot. Season with salt to taste. Boil the noodles for 3-4 minutes. Rinse the boiled frozen shrimp in hot water and peel off the shell.
