Delicious and juicy chicken pate with nuts can be prepared both from chicken fillet and from other meaty part of a chicken carcass: legs, thighs. You can add some dried garlic to it.

- Chicken thighs - 3 Pieces (600-700 grams)
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Walnut Kernels - 80 Grams

- Ground black pepper - 2 Pinches
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
How to make "Chicken pate with nuts"
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Rinse the chicken thighs, place them in a saucepan or cauldron, cover with hot water and place the container on the stove. Boil the meat until tender for 45 minutes, removing the resulting foam. Add bay leaves. Put the finished thighs on a plate and cool slightly, do not drain the broth - it will still be useful to you. Peel carrots and onions. Rinse and cut vegetables into small cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry vegetable slices in it until golden brown for about 3-4 minutes, turn off the heat. Take the boiled chicken thighs apart by removing the bones. Place the meat in a chopper bowl or blender container. Add the fried vegetable slices there, pour in 3 tbsp. broth.
