A fragrant and tasty lecho with apples is an appetizer that goes well with any meat or poultry dish. You can also add lecho to a stew, or serve it as a sauce.

Prepare all ingredients. Peel and rinse sweet peppers, cut into strips or medium pieces. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into half rings. Peel the apple, remove the center, cut the apple into small cubes. Pour tomato juice into a saucepan, put peppers, onions and apples. Add oil to the saucepan.
