Cooking a light, simple and delicious summer soup PP. This soup can be easily served as any meal, especially for lunch, with a slice of whole grain bread and fresh herbs.
Cooking description:
For the soup, we take summer seasonal vegetables - young potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes, onions, carrots and peppers. If desired, the soup can be cooked in chicken broth, you can also add chopped herbs to it when serving, some homemade crackers.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 100 Grams
- Carrots - 50 Grams
- Bow - 50 Grams
- Tomatoes - 80 Grams
- Sweet pepper - 60 grams
- Zucchini - 80 Grams
- Water - 1.5 Liters
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste

How to cook "PP cream soup"
Prepare your ingredients. Wash the potatoes well and dry, cut into small pieces. Peel the onions and carrots, rinse and dry, and chop randomly. Rinse the tomato and pepper, dry, cut arbitrarily. Peel the garlic clove as well. Rinse and dry the zucchini, cut into small pieces. Place vegetables in a saucepan, cover with water, cook until vegetables are tender - 25 minutes.
