Today we are preparing Vasilisa salad with beans - a real version of a hearty salad in the Russian spirit. Fried meat, onions, pickled cucumbers and beans - simple, very nutritious, and incredibly delicious!
Cooking description:
Take pork as a basis, fry the meat until tender. We will also fry the onions. Choose tasty cucumbers, the final taste depends on them. I pre-soaked the beans for 8 hours, then boiled until tender, if you don't have that much time, take canned beans. We use mayonnaise for dressing.

- Pork - 200 Grams
- Bulb onion - 100 Grams
- Pickled cucumbers - 120 Grams
- Beans - 150 Grams (boiled)
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste

How to cook "Vasilisa" salad with beans
Prepare your ingredients. Rinse and dry the meat, cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Heat the frying pan and grease with oil, fry the onion and meat until tender - 5 minutes, salt and pepper. Transfer the meat and onions to a salad bowl, followed by the boiled white beans. Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips, add to the salad. Season the salad with mayonnaise, add a pinch of salt.
