Main ingredient: Flour / Yeast

- Sour cream - 2 Art. spoons
- Water - 250 Milliliters
- Yeast - 20 Grams (fresh, pressed)
- Wheat flour - 450-550 grams
- Sugar - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Eggs - 2 Pieces (+ 1 yolk for greasing buns)
- Apple jam - To taste (thick)
How to cook "Grandma's buns"
Prepare the required ingredients. Stir sour cream in warm water (36-38 degrees). Add yeast. Stir. Add salt, sugar and eggs. Stir well. Add flour in portions, stir with a spoon each time. As soon as it becomes difficult to stir, switch to manual kneading. Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil and knead the dough well. Round it, transfer to a bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm, draft-free place for 1 hour.
