- Natural coffee - 150 Milliliters
- Powdered sugar - 250 Grams
- Gelatin - 20 Grams
How to make a "Coffee Souffle"
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make your coffee soufflé. Pour gelatin with cold milk and leave for 40 minutes to swell. Then dissolve it until smooth and cool. Brew strong natural coffee, strain and cool. Pour the cream into a bowl and add the powdered sugar. Stir and beat on medium speed until crisp. Pour cold coffee into the whipped cream. Add cooled gelatin.
