Azu from the liver is prepared simply and relatively quickly. All lovers of beef liver in sauce will definitely like it. Any side dish will do, but the tastiest, in my opinion, are mashed potatoes and pasta, although it's also delicious with porridge.

Ingredients:
- Beef liver - 500 gram
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Sunflower oil - 30 Milliliters
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp the spoon
- Sour cream - 2 Art. spoons
- Potato starch - 1 tbsp. spoon (no slide)
- Salt - To taste
- Sugar - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Pickled cucumber - 1 Piece

How to cook "Azu from the liver"
Take the ingredients for making liver basics. Wash the beef liver, remove the foil, remove the ducts and cut into strips. Then put in a hot skillet with sunflower oil. Fry the liver slices on both sides until half cooked. Peel and wash carrots and onions. Chop the onion and grate the carrots. Place in a saucepan or heavy-bottomed saucepan. Pour in some vegetable oil and 50-60 ml. broth or water. Cover the saucepan with a lid and simmer the vegetables until soft for 12-15 minutes over low heat.
