It is prepared literally in haste and from the most affordable products. Take 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, add 3 tbsp. sour cream, 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic and any fresh herbs. How to cook "Cauliflower cutlets with semolina"
Prepare all ingredients. Boil cabbage in salted water for 5-7 minutes. Then fold on a sieve so that all the water is glass. Grind the cabbage to a puree in any convenient way. Add semolina, starch, coarsely grated onion, salt and ground pepper to taste. Mix everything well. Spread the mixture into a frying pan preheated with oil using a tablespoon. The cutlets should not be too large or tall, as this will cook them more evenly.
