How to make "Concentrated Cherry Compote"
Prepare all ingredients. Wash the cherries, remove the leaves and twigs, spoiled or overripe berries. You do not need to peel the seeds. Fill the jar with cherries halfway. The bank must first be sterilized. Pour boiling water over the jar, cover with a lid. Leave it on for 5-7 minutes. When the jar is warm, drain the water into a saucepan. Boil sugar and water, stir and cook until completely dissolved. Add lemon juice to the jar. Pour the sugar syrup over the cherries. Roll up the lid. Store in a cool, dark place for a couple of weeks.
