How to make "Radish and Tongue Salad"
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the radish and tongue salad. Place the tongue, allspice, dill and bay leaf in a saucepan. Pour in water, bring to a boil, salt and reduce heat to low. Boil the tongue until tender, then cover with cold water and peel off the top layer. Put the hot and peeled tongue in a bag, tie and leave until it cools completely. This will allow the tongue to get ready and not wind up. Cut the tongue into strips and put it in a bowl. Peel the red onion, rinse and cut into thin quarters. Add to bowl with tongue.
