How to make Tomorrow's Coconut Cookies
Preparing the ingredients. Eggs (egg whites) must be cold. First, beat three egg whites with a pinch of salt. Gradually add granulated sugar or powdered sugar to the whipped whites and continue to beat. Granulated sugar will take longer to beat. At the same stage, you can add any additives to your taste: a spoonful of condensed milk or honey, vanilla. I usually do not add anything, since my husband is a connoisseur of harsh cookies to coffee without any fragrances. Pour the coconut flakes into the whites whipped with sugar and gently stir with a spatula from bottom to top. Now add the sifted flour and, in the same way, gently knead the dough from bottom to top. The resulting dough should be firm and tough enough. We cover it with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
