How to cook "Pasta on wheat flour"

Whisk until firm peaks, add one drop of food coloring and beat again until smooth. Add flour and baking powder to the beaten egg whites. Use a silicone spatula to combine the flour and egg whites by turning the dough container counterclockwise. Stir until the dough runs off the silicone spatula with a wide, continuous band. Transfer the dough to a pastry bag and place on a silicone mat, shake so that there are no bubbles. If there are bubbles, then gently pierce them with a toothpick, the surface should be smooth. Leave in this form for 50 minutes, after this time the surface of the workpieces should be dry and not sticky to your hands. For 10 minutes, turn on preheating the oven to 130 degrees. Bake the cakes for 18 minutes at 130 degrees (no convection!). Cool it down.
