How to make French dough
Prepare your ingredients. Pour warm milk into a bowl, add dry yeast, stir and set the bowl aside for now. In another bowl, combine egg, salt, sugar and soft butter. Mix everything well. Pour the egg-cream mixture into the milk mixture. Mix everything well, add sifted flour. Knead the dough with your hands. Cover it with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for an hour.
