- Puff pastry - 250 grams (yeast-free)
- Potatoes - 2 Pieces
- Onions - 1/2 Pieces
- Soy texturate - 60 Grams
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Nutritional (cheese) yeast - 1-2 Art. spoons (optional)
- Seasoning - 1 Teaspoon (for meat)
- Soy sauce - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Vegan cheese - 40-50 grams
- Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons

How to make Minced Soy Pie
Prepare all ingredients. Soak soy meat in hot water for 15-20 minutes. Then drain, rinse the soy chunks in cold water and squeeze thoroughly. Combine soy meat with all the spices and soy sauce. Fry in a skillet with vegetable oil until golden brown. While frying, press down on the pieces with a spatula to evaporate excess liquid. Grind the soy pieces in a meat grinder until minced. Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut into strips. Cut the onion into half rings. Roll out the dough, divide in two. Combine potatoes, onions and minced soy for the filling. Place on one piece of dough.
