If for some reason you don't eat eggs and dairy products, I suggest you make a lean zucchini pie. The pie is good as a lunch with fresh vegetables.

- Sunflower oil - 3 Art. spoons

- Paprika - To taste
- Dry Garlic - To taste

How to make Lean Zucchini Pie
Prepare all ingredients. Peel the carrots, wash, then grate the carrots on a medium grater. Rinse the zucchini and dry, grate on the same grater as the carrots. Combine the ingredients. Add spices and unscented vegetable oil to the zucchini. Pour the semolina into the bowl of vegetables. Add some flour. Stir all the ingredients well.
