- Smoked pork ribs - 250-300 grams (or small smoked shank)
- Beans - 100-120 grams (red, dry)
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Bell pepper - 1/4 Piece
- Paprika - 1.5 Teaspoons
- Vegetable oil - 50 Milliliters
- Wheat flour - 1.5 Art. spoons
- Grape Vinegar - 1 Teaspoon (or apple cider)
- Sour cream - 2 Art. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Parsley - To taste (greens)

How to make "Hungarian Bean Soup"
Prepare the required ingredients. Rinse the beans, pour 2 tbsp. water and leave overnight. Rinse the beans in the morning, transfer to a saucepan. Add ribs, garlic, carrots. Fill with 1.5 liters of water. Place on moderate heat. Cook until the beans are done. When the beans are ready, take out the ribs, carrots. Remove the garlic. Remove the meat from the ribs. Cut the carrots into small cubes and send them to the pot with beans. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry until soft. Then add flour, paprika. Stir so that there are no lumps. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
