- Pearl barley - 50 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Potatoes - 3-4 Pieces
- Vegetable oil - 30 Milliliters
- Salt - To taste
- Spices - To taste
- Water - 2-2.5 Liters

How to cook "Pea Barley Soup"
Prepare all ingredients. Rinse peas and soak in water for several hours. I leave it overnight. Pearl barley must also be washed and soaked. We start by making the broth. Rinse the meat, cover with water and cook at low boil until cooked. You can add peppercorns and bay leaves as desired. Rinse the groats and peas again and cook in a separate saucepan.
