How to cook Green Beans Stew
Prepare all ingredients. If you have fresh green beans, soak them in cold water for one hour, trim off the edges on both sides, and then cut each pod in half. I have frozen beans already prepared. Boil the beans in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain the hot water and immediately fill the beans with cold water. Heat oil in a skillet, place onion chopped with feathers and chopped carrots.
