- Cream - 120 Milliliters (for whipping)
- Apricots - 100 Grams
- Sugar - 2-4 Art. spoons
- Agar agar - 1-1.5 teaspoons
- Water - 30-50 Milliliters
- Cookies - 2-3 Pieces

How to make "Fruit Parfait"
Prepare all ingredients. Stir the agar agar in a little water. Wash the apricots, remove the pits and chop with a blender in puree. Put on medium heat, add sugar, bring to a boil. Pour in agar-agar, bring to a boil again and boil for 1-2 minutes. Remove from stove. Whisk the cream until hot peaks with a mixer. Then gently stir in the apricot puree. Fill half of the glass with the resulting cream. Spread a layer of coarsely crushed cookies.
