How to make Beetroot Creamy Feta Soup
Prepare all ingredients. Wash the beets, boil until soft. This will take about 1-1.5 hours. Cool the beets. Peel, cut into cubes. Set aside a few cubes for serving. Cut the onion into cubes, fry in a pan until golden brown. Grind the beets, fried onions, cream and soy sauce with a blender. Season with pepper to taste.
