How to make "Chinese Potato Salad"
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make your Chinese potato salad. Peel and wash the potatoes. Grate on a Korean grater and rinse under running cold water until transparent. Cover with cold water and let sit for 20 minutes. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Drain the potatoes and place them in boiling water. Bring to a boil again and cook for about 2-3 minutes. The potatoes should be boiled but still firm. Remove from heat and place in a colander. Then rinse the potatoes with cold water to stop the cooking process. Let the water drain completely. Finely chop the green onion, add chopped garlic to it.
