Ingredients:
- Beef - 300 Grams (I have pulp, but it can be on the bone)
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Potatoes - 3 Pieces
- Mash - 130 Grams
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Peppercorns - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Spices - To taste
- Greens - To taste
- Water - 2.5 Liters

How to make Beef Soup and Wave
Prepare all ingredients. Rinse the meat, cover with water, add bay leaf, salt to taste and peppercorns. Cook on a low boil until cooked through. Rinse the mash and fill it with water. Set aside. Peel and dice the potatoes. Heat oil in a skillet and saute the diced onions and grated carrots until soft. Add the diced tomato and cook everything together for another 1-2 minutes. Strain the finished broth. Remove the meat and cut into pieces.
