- Milk - 500 Milliliters
- Potato starch - 2.5 Art. spoons
- Sugar - 2 Tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Thick jelly"
Prepare the ingredients for making a thick jelly. 400 ml. Pour milk into a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Add sugar to taste. Pour potato starch into a bowl. Pour in 100 ml. cold milk. Mix the milk and starch thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency, without lumps. Put the saucepan with milk and sugar on the stove, bring the milk to a boil. Pour in the diluted starch and stirring constantly, bring the jelly until thick. Add vanilla sugar at the end.
