- Beef - 250 Grams (pulp)
- Cucumber - 1 Piece
- Egg - 2 Pieces
- Walnuts - 2 Art. spoons
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Green onion - 1 Bunch
- Salt - To taste
- Spices - To taste (for beef)
- Mayonnaise - To taste
- Lettuce Leaves - To taste

How to cook "Roman salad with beef"
Prepare all ingredients. Heat oil in a skillet and place the beef cut into strips. Fry the beef until golden brown over high heat, then add salt to taste, spices, cover and bring to full readiness over low heat. Add a small amount of water periodically to simmer the beef in the juice. Cut the cucumber into strips. Chop the nuts in any convenient way. Beat the egg with salt and ground pepper. You can add 1 tsp. milk.
