How to cook "Cossack borscht"
Prepare all ingredients. Peel, wash and dry the vegetables. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Prepare the broth in advance, cook it for at least 1.5-2 hours. Chicken, beef, pork - choose according to your taste. Transfer the potatoes to a saucepan with broth, cook for 20 minutes from the moment of boiling. Peel and cut the onion into cubes, also cut two types of brisket into small pieces - regular and smoked. Peel and wash the carrots, grate on a medium grater.
