- Nori sheets - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 200 Milliliters

How to make Vegan Sprats
Prepare all ingredients. Cut the tofu into cubes about 2 cm wide. Cut the nori leaves so that tofu can be wrapped in each piece. Brush the seaweed with soy sauce, let it soften for a couple of seconds. Then wrap the tofu in nori. Press down firmly on the soaked algae for a better hold.
