Another variation of the beloved salad by many, which is suitable for every day and for a festive table, is a Greek salad with squid. The salad turns out to be low-calorie, very tasty and nutritious.
In my version, I use pickled squid, in my opinion, it is just great for a recipe, you can take frozen, boil for two minutes, or use it as in my version. We definitely choose tasty and fresh vegetables. Take olive oil for dressing. Serve the salad to the table immediately after cooking.

- Squid - 150 Grams (pickled or boiled)
- Tomatoes - 100 Grams
- Cucumbers - 60 Grams
- Onion - 40 Grams
- Lettuce Leaves - 30 Grams
- Cheese - 50 grams (hard)
- Olives - 30 Grams
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste
How to cook "Greek Squid Salad"
Prepare all ingredients. Rinse the lettuce leaves gently, dry and tear with your hands, place on a flat plate. Cut fresh cucumbers into wedges and place on top of the salad leaves. Cut the onion into half rings and place on top of the salad. Rinse and dry the tomatoes, cut into wedges or simply cut in half. Place the tomatoes on top of the salad. Cut the hard cheese into small cubes and place between the vegetables. Now put the pickled squid and olives in the salad, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper, add olive oil. Serve the salad to the table.
