- Tomatoes - 800 Grams
- Vermicelli - 100 Grams

How to make "Tomato noodle soup"
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Rinse the tomatoes in water, put in a deep container and pour boiling water over for 10 minutes for steaming, then drain the boiling water and peel the tomatoes. Grate the tomato pulp into a deep bowl. Boil the vermicelli in hot water for about 7-8 minutes until almost cooked. Cut half of the peeled onions into small cubes and sauté in hot vegetable oil for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Then pour the tomato mass into the container and add salt, boil everything for about 2 minutes.
