- Water - 160 Milliliters (hot)

- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Potatoes - 5-6 Pieces
- Dill - 1/4 Bunch
- Ground black pepper - To taste
Servings: 2-3
How to cook "Dumplings with potatoes on the water"
Prepare all ingredients. In a bowl, combine the flour with hot water, vegetable oil, and a pinch of salt. Knead to a homogeneous dough. Roll it into a ball, wrap in plastic and leave for 20 minutes at room temperature. Wash the potatoes, peel, cut into slices. Boil in boiling salted water until soft. Puree the potatoes. Add finely chopped dill and season with salt and pepper to taste. Roll out the dough thinly, cut out the circles.
