Ingredients:
- Duck - 400 Grams (parts)
- Potatoes - 5-6 Pieces (small)
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Onions - 0.5 Pieces
- Hot water - 1.5 L
- Salt - 0.25 Teaspoons
- Ground black pepper - 1 Pinch
- Parsley - 0.25 Bunch
- Bay leaf - 2-3 pieces
- Rice - 120 Grams

How to make Rice Duck Soup
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Peel vegetables, rinse in water. Rinse the duck pieces in water, put them in a saucepan and cover with hot water. Boil for about 1 hour, skimming off the foam when boiling. Then add salt and bay leaves. Wash any kind of rice in water, pour into a saucepan and stir. Boil for a couple of minutes and remove the resulting foam. Chop the peeled onion into small cubes and grate the carrots on a fine mesh grater. After boiling for 10 minutes, add the rice to the pan and stir. Pour in salt, ground black pepper. Boil the soup for another 10 minutes, add the chopped washed herbs and turn off the heat. Leave the dish to steam under the lid for another 5 minutes and then taste it. Pour the rice soup into deep containers, put the boiled duck pieces in the same place and serve hot.
